Goofy Baby is a retarded episode from the retarded season of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, which originally aired on Torturehouse which aired from 1939-1945.
Goofy is mistakenly turned into a drug dealer right after he goes through Professor Von Drake's attitude machine.
